>>2k pounds sterling!<< I got a bargain, then :-) I can't get over how new this one seems- there are a few tiny marks on the surface & the memories were all empty. & it has a flight case, which apparently came as standard- after I bought my first one, anyway. time-warped back to summer 1997. so but the guy I bought it from has a p3 & a zeit, & needed to sell this notron to fund some oberheim bits. colin, do you remember a customer in chorlton? (btw, swapped out my other PLED this weekend- took about ten minutes & works a treat.) d.

There must be a undercover sect of "sequencer heads" in the UK, plying their trade in semi darkness to flashing lights and electronic modulations.. We must think of a secret handshake, probably via sysex.

Ok I guess this is too weird, so I've got to reply.. I live in chorlton I have a notron mk I (with v2 OS) I have a p3 (serial #004) I swapped the display out this weekend too and fitted the ram expansion too much synchronicity.. I had to comment :) By the way, does any one have the Paul Nagle demo files that work with v4 OS ? I'd love to try them, but the P3tools doesn't like them. Anyone else got any funky patches they'd like to share ? f: --- In analogue-sequencer@yahoogroups.com, "Ditton33" <ditton33@...> wrote:

Mine is a black one with datatype logo.. here ; http://twitpic.com/laspv love it madly, but I always get the feeling I could set it up to do more.. there is a nickname for the model I have, cant remember it though.. --- In analogue-sequencer@yahoogroups.com, "duncan" <ferrograph@...> wrote:

Wow that looks like some weird Commodore 64 / P3 DNA splicing creation sprayed black. Nice job! Perhaps they'll base the script of Splice II on it. ;) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Splice_%28film%29 PS isn't Chorlton nearer Stoke than Manchester. Or have I had too much beer?

time we changed the name of this thread, methinks! yes, you should pop along to the dulcimer one night & tell lee (he's the gaffer) how you know what sequencers he has. I think there's a pic of one of my two P3s (they're identical now) in the photos bit here, with it's old display. d.

A pub with p3 pics on the wall? A haven of beverage and sequencing? Have I died and gone to heaven? :)

ok, I've uploaded relevant pics, bang-up-to-date. these are from last sunday, right after taking possession of the notron. you can see one of our P3s, one of our doepfers, one of our notrons (ah, that's a nice feeling, saying that...), a blo-hard desktop unit (recent purchase, jury still out), two emu modules (actually, both of these & the blofeld have our own samples in them). also, two evolution controllers, one of our repeaters, a small line6 delay pedal, a behringer mixer &..... a modified chimera BC16 mini-synth. out of shot, an AN1X, an emu PK6, a roland sh1000, a roland sh3a, an electro harmonix 16s reissue delay & some guitar/bass stuff. d.
