SH-101 and the P3 !!!

Hi there I have just acquired a gorgeous grey SH-101 and the classic Boss DR-55 drum machine. These are the first bits of analog I have ever used, so be nice! Sorry if my questions seem stupid... I would like to sync them along with my MIDI gear and don't know how. The Roland has CV in/out and the Boss has 2 types of trigger out (5v and 4 v if i remember the manual correctly. How would I sync these? Thanks...
