P3 patterns for chords?

P3 patterns for chords?

Can P3 patterns on Cirklon be used to step sequence chords, or are they for monophonic lines only?

You can use the aux rows to add up to 4 extra notes, for 5 note polyphony.
The limitations are that all notes will share the common velocity value and
length for the step.
The aux notes can either be absolute - you specify the exact note as C3, G4,
etc., or relative - you specify each note as an interval from the main note
value.
If you set up a pattern to use aux notes, then go into real-time record, the
notes you play will be recorded into the main note, and as many auxes as you
have set to use notes.

Cheers,
Colin
