Analogue systems

I'm thinking about getting an rs370.  A quesiton-- when controlling it  
in analogue mode, what is the default pitch of the voices with 0V CV  
in?  Can you set for instance voice 2 to be by default a major third  
above voice 1, and then change the interval in real time with CV,  
returning to the default when voice 2 CV goes back to zero?  This may  
sound like a silly question given the midi input, but I'm thinking  
about controlling it with a french connection.
