Analogue systems

Due to unfortunate circumstances of my lengthy unemployment 
coupled by complications with a dire family emergency that's 
keeping me from from taking on full time work now (mom - 
cancer) , I must part with my Analogue Systems RS-290 and 295 
DSP voltage controlled Digital Delay/Sampler/Expander 
modules.  I love these instruments, but my predicament is 
forcing me to make some heavy choices right now.

They are under a year old with little use and loaded with version 
2.3 firmware which can be upgraded when required form a 
download via the RS-295 expander.  PLEASE NOTE: I had to 
slightly file the 295's faceplate on one side to get it in my cabinet, 
so I am throwing that in for free.  Other than that, both are 
pristine.  

I'm asking $475 US for the pair.
