One thing that's overlooked a lot on small systems is a slew limiter/lag
processor.  This will come in handy if the synth is used primarily as a
keyboard performance instrument.  While you can obviously get this effect
with the ring/string, you might want to slide between notes played on the
manual.

At  minimum, I would suggest :

RS-95 VCO (two of them)
RS-60 ADSR
RS-380 LFO/S+H/NOISE/VCA (two if there's room)
RS-110 Multimode filter
RS--350 Slew Limiter
RS-165 Mixer
RS-20 Ring Mod/Mult
