You're approaching this wrong...

Your RS140 has a built-in midi sync'ed LFO. 
Go to the LFO menu
go to "sync with midi clock" submenu of LFO set it to yes.
go to "wave shape"  submenu of LFO and set it to square 
wave.
go to the "trigger" top menu
go to "clock output rate" submenu of trigger and set the clock 
speed you want your LFO to be.
go to "controller outputs" top menu
select the controller output you want your LFO to come out of
go to the "controller source" submenu of this output and set it 
to LFO.
Now patch this output into your patch where you had the RS80 
before.
