Analogue systems

Thanks for the info!  I did some searching locally for these screws and
found a place that had lots in stock but their minimum quantity was 1000
(for $18) and the minimum order was $100!  From there I went to a local HW
store that didn't have anything smaller than M3 and they referred me to an
"Industrial HW Store" that had M2.5 screws but only in slotted flat head.
They only had a dozen or so.  Sigh, two extremes in one day!  I ended up
ordering some from Fastener Express even though the shipping was greater
than the cost of the item, it will save me from hassles in the future.

M2.5 x .45 x 6 mm Panhead Phillips, I bought a bunch from 
www.fastener-express.com
