Analogue systems

There's two things I want to do, one probably easier than the other:

First, I want to delay the amount of time from when a key is pressed, 
the LFO is presented to it's destinations.  The only module seeming to 
sound like it would do that is the "rs340 Gate Delay and Trigger" but I 
want to be sure if that would do that before acquiring it.  

Another thing I want to do is have noise pitch change like an 
oscillator.  The RS-40 has no noise modifier.  I know it was intended 
to leave noise out of the oscillator waveforms but it would be far more 
versatile if it was (for ambient, thunder, etc).  Are there any 
solutions for this?
