Connecting a rs140 properly

2008-12-29 by Richard Scott

Hi

I have an RS140 which I need to connect it to a power cable but there is no marking on the circuit board to indicate the correct way around the lead should go and it it is horizontal unlike all my other AS modules. As I look at the unit from the rear (naturally!) I imagine the red side of the cable will go on the left hand side of the connector as it faces me. It seems most logical but I don't want to try it before confirming that that is correct.

Hi Richard,
I'm interested in the 100 and 20. Do you have pictures of the actual modules that you could send, and what methods of payment can you accept? I'm in the UK, could you let me know the likely cost of postage please?
Thanks,
Daniel.

Hi Daniel

I'll get a pic to you tommorow. you can transfer money to my UK bank account or paypal, but I'd have to ask for the 3% fee on top if you do paypal.

I have 100% feedback as funkychorlton on ebay and this is me: www.myspace.com/docdicrecords

postage from germany to the UK is not normally too expensive - I have not done it with modules before, so I'm guessing not more than £8 with insurance.

cheers

Richard
