Yes, it's a very good idea. So, let's try it !
This is summer and a lot of us will have some holidays in country,
having long walk in forest, amongst birds. Perhaps, your walk will lead
you near a farm where you'll hear a cow mooing, or a lamb or a
rooster... The aim of this contest will be to make a short piece,
composed with several sounds, that will evoke country atmosphere. Reach
you knobs and very good holidays !

Those strange Japanese synth designers were there twenty years ahead
of ya - see the Korg MS50 manual (a real collectors item even if you
dont have the box at http://www.korganalogue.net/korgms/msomans.html).
It includes the following patches; cat, dog, galloping horse, european
police car siren, dive bomb (!), storm and the one that really puzzled
me (how would they know?) shooting star. btw I'm expecting delivery of
my RS Integrator tomorrow so hello (and looking forward to potentially
asking you lots of dumb questions over the next few months...)

Thank you very much for that very useful link. Diagrams are very clear
and with good explanations. It will be very interesting to implement
those patches on RS.

Very fine !
I'm sure you'll enjoy a lot your new RS. Don't hesitate to ask for lots of,
always interesting, questions.
