wiring from X-Y outs of joystick in French Connection?

hi there. i have French Connection n' RS 8000. but i'm quite new to modular synth. i'm wondering how connecting between X-Y outs and modules in RS8000. there might be several ways on wiring. can you help me, guys? if you explain in detail, i'll appreciate it.
