Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

ok, for the volumes pan and other knobs it worked with the learn
function, but the mutes/solo seem to be a trickier job 
in the manual nrpn table I found this

does this mean everytime you send the mute command you have to asses
the state of the 9 other parts every time or you can send only byte 2
for example?
