Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I recently picked up a Sequential Circuits Multi-Trak, and
unfortunately the only way to edit patches is to send a complete dump.
 Would there be a way to do this with the BCR?  

IE:

Retrieve the values of all rotary encoders at once and send out the
new patch.
