Ray, Quite a wish list you have there! Unfortunately it might be a tough list to accomodate. The BCR does have endless encoders, but they are not actively monitoring the settings of your VSTi's, so upon initialization, you will have a CC jump until you sync up the parameter and the knob. As far as I know, the Mackie Emulation suffers from the same fate. I have been controlling numerous synths and Cubase using different User created presets, and this has never been an issue, however. I usually sync the parameters up before recording. You can also create a template in your vST'i that is already synced with the settings of you BCR, REALLY easy to do! Simply have all your knobs on the BCR synced, and save a preset in the VSTi (I'd Call it BCR default), and store the preset on you BCR and no CC jumping! Unless you change patches that is....
