There are a couple of ways of doing it.

1) Copy the preset and edit the Midi channel and make a new preset of
this (x 4) Have them as preset 1 to 5 or 21 to 25 etc so you can use
the "<" and ">" buttons to flip between them. Use Mark's editor or, if
you feel like learning about BC language, my editor to make the changes.

OR

2) MidiOx on the PC will allow you map incoming Midi messages from the
BC and you can set up 5 maps for each channel and flip between them.
You will need to use the BC in one of the USB modes. 
In Mode U2  in the Midi Devices list there will be BCR2000(16) and
BCR2000(16)-A
The '-A' one is the Midi A  out port on the back of the BCR. Connect
that to the synth Midi in
