Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

ok this is random, and im sure i must hav messed up here. well i know 
for a fact i did one thing wrong. ive been trying the mackie preset 
that allows u use dpots as well as vpots (posted the other week) and 
that sat on preset 1 (if i remember correctly), mackie 4.1 sat on 
preset 2, and my custom presets were placed elsewhere. i was making a 
preset for traktor in bcmanager, and accidently erased everything on 
the bcr, except the traktor preset. 

so ive been trying to reload all the sysex files, and been getting 
weird issues that im seeking help on. in bcmanager, ive added the 
relevant sysex to the old preset channels they were on and then hav 
sent the details for each preset back to the bcr. the presets for 
mackie control operate fine, but the leds are only showing for the 
buttons, top encoders, and the middle row of rotaries. the 1st and 
3rd row of rotaries show no leds, but they function correctly with 
ableton. ive checked the preset details in bcmanager, and it is 
reporting that they are setup to show led feedback. what on earth has 
happened here? 

weird thing is, on my traktor preset, all the leds are showing fine, 
so i know its not an issue with the bcr as such.

on another slightly unrelated note, how do i get bcmanager to update 
all my sysex everytime i close the app. sometimes it will offer to 
update the bcr, other times it will just close without saving 
anything, and these are instances where ive made a new template, but 
was hoping bcmanager would prompt me to save wen i shut it down.

finally, my 2nd rotary encoder at the top of the bcr seems to hav 
gone funny. if i twist it, the leds jitter, as if it was stuck. 
sometimes if i almost press down on the encoder, and then twist the 
leds will move correctly. not sure why its gone faulty after just 2 
months of having the bcr. ive not even used it that much.
