Using BCR 2000 with Cubase

HELP! 

I've just purchased a BCR2000 and am having a nightmare with it. All I
want to do is control VST instruments and VST FX. Could someone please
tell me the simplest way to set it up with Cubase SX3?

Any help much appreciated.
