Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

When looking at the standard output tab of the encoder.
There are 4 knobs.
Channel, (midi channel
Controller (this is the one you want to set to 109 to get cc 109) 
value 1 (normally 0)
value 2 (normally 127)  
then the mode drop down (normally absolute).

My example
Channel = 1 (midi chan 1)
Controller = 7 (midi cc #7)
value 1 = 0 
value 2 = 127
