Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi there

I have a BCR and a BCF and i've got the BCF usb'd to my computer and
the BCR connected to the BCF via midi cable

However i can only get the BCF to start in mackie mode

How do i get the BCR to start in mackie mode too? or will i have to
assign it manually.

Does anyone have any maps for cubase 4 ? or are they the same as sx3?
