Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi all
Farly new to the BCF2000 and im sure this has been covered in the past 
here but couldn't find it on yahoo.
Basically when I run BCFview with Ableton live7 the buttons don't 
function at all, faders are normal. running Live7 with out BCF view 
every thing's fine.
Any Ideas whats going on?
