I know two ways for that:

1. If you use Cubendo's generic remote, you couldn assign a single
rotary knob to a command called "time" or something like that.

2. You couldn use a MCU standard command for that (CC60) and tell
Cubendo, that you were using a MCU. In this case you do not need a
generic remote script and it will work with any host, that supports
the MCU.
