bc convert osx command line hell (at least for me it is)

Hi from Geneva,

please can somebody send me the command line example for converting an sysex file to txt and vice versa for "bc convert".

Is there another utility for osx for editing the sysex.

There is a mention on the forum of "BCR tool" software for OSX, but there are no download files on the sourceforge page..

Im on OSX and coffee.
