Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi,
I have seen this type of error before, but not in a BC.
It turned out to be the firmware EPROM wasn't firmly in the socket and with variations in temperature (ie after warming up) the error occurred.

Perhaps you could try opening it up and pushing down on the EPROM chip inside. I think there are pictures in the Photos section of an open unit.
