Yes i meant exactly that. In my DAW I can only choose Mackie Control, Mackie HUI and Mackie Baby HUI.
In this case I dont have any chance?

Or is the Mackie control function able to automaticly set them to 16 tracks?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
