Download the Behringer editor to update your sysex. To use it you must find an older version of Java. I believe it only works with Java 1.4.6, but it works very well. Once you have it installed and properly set up for Mackie emulation you must do this. Think like this: the BCF2000 is pretending to be a Mackie Control Unit (MCU). It does most, but not everthing, the MCU does. You can than go to the Mackie site and search for tutorials on how to use the MCU with Cubase. Same thing in the Cubase forums. So, once the BCF2000 is updated and installed, just 'pretend' it is a MCU when you learn to use it or search for information. Before long it will be a breeze. You should also learn to use the Behringer Template editor. It is not too hard to learn and once you do learn it, you can then make multiple templates for the unit as well as store them on your computer. Good luck! DF
