Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I have a BCR that is broken. Somehow it keeps sending midi data even if I do not touch it. The digi display starts flipping as soon as I have powered up.

I haven't a clue as to a solution so I guess I'll have to buy a new one.

IN THE MEAN TIME....

I have a second BCR on loan from a friend. I connected this one to my pc (via USB) and yes there are the small statements "USB device connected" and "BCR2000" and "device ready for use". So: the hardware has acknowledged that there IS a BCR attached to my pc.

Now comes the funny part: BC manager or any other software shows the BCR in its list of midi tools......

WTF!!! Does anyone know???
