Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi , the link works OK for me. 
The page sis just full of text.
On the left, under "Support" there is a a link "Online Support"
Click that and you can select from different langauages.
Choose French and a new screen appears with 3 tabs. 

The middle tab is "Poser une question" which will give you a screen to fill in with your question.
