its my first post, i just got the BCF2000 last week.
i have got it working ok in cubase 4 in mackie mode. it controls the volume/pan/solos/start_stop very well.
my problem is that i can't make it control insert plugins in a way that works well. at the moment you can press the learn button to get to the inserts, scroll about to find the multiple pages of plugin parameters and control them.
the big problem is most of plugins have their parameters mapped out in a way that is useless, ie in glisseq by voxengo you have bypass, oversample right next to some random band control. i want eight cut/boost controls on 8 faders to work without having to mess about changing pages.
i want to be able to tell the bcf which fader controls which parameter within the plugin! is this possible in mackie mode, and if not is it possible in any mode??
is there a button to flip between faders control track volumes (as normal), then faders control an insert plugin on the current track?
