Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi all

I have had a bit of a tidy up in the files section.

Any presets, for DAWs as well as synths, have been put into the Preset folder.

Applications, Documentation and Sysex folders are pretty much the only others that should be there.

There is a folder with a copy of the Behringer files in that was set up when their site went down during a redesign of their web pages.

I propose to remove these files as they are obtainable from Behringer and, of course, they own them.

I'll listen to any arguments for them staying.
