BC Manager 2.3.0 is now available from the Mountain Utilities web site:

By popular demand, the following features were added:
- More explicit descriptions of the states of MIDI I/O devices.
- The SysEx preprocessor now supports 'all' manufacturers, or in any case Waldorf. (Section 16 of the manual now contains a lot more explanation and examples.)
