Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

It appears in mine, the only time an item appears greyed out is if it is turned off or isn't 
connected. Are you sure every-things plugged in right (sorry to sound condescending, but 9 
times out of 10 when my setup is playing tricks something isn't connected up correctly) also 
is it set to the right mode, I can't remember them exactly cause I've had no troubles with 
mine since I had it plugged in, it would have to be in usb mode (if your plugging in directly 
using the usb cable) and with pro tools set to Maclie baby HUI mode I think. Sorry I can't be 
of anymore help.
