Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

hi, anyone here using bcr2000's with live 8 ?.i've long used my 4 with reason 5 without a problem (after initial set issues) and have recently focussed on mapping live with them.i have set each one to have a diff midi channelthing is they seem to behave quite erratically at times in live 8, either with common controls such as channel faders or vst parameters in the sense that certain knobs just dont go smoothly from 0-max and only seem to record min or max values and nothing inbetween (despite the fact that the allocated parameter does record the whole spectrum of values). if i allocate another knob to the same parameter it is fine  . . seems odd as all of the knobs and encoders worked fine when mapped to reason 5 . im mapping them with standard midi learn . . 
also . . . 


i have 4 of them and they are all running via a hub.midi monitor software confirms that my macbook pro sees all of them and recieves midi from all 4 but yet live 8 only sees 3 of them when in midi learn mode which seems odd

any insights appreciated :)
