Yes, I think so:

Basically, you can assign CC#105 under "Standard output" and CC#68 under "Custom output":

Standard output:
Type = Control Change
Channel = 1
Controller = 105
Value 1 = 64
Value 2 = 0
Mode = Toggle On (or Off, if you like)

Custom output:
$B0 $44 $50
(I.e. CC+ch.1 + 68 + 80.)
