Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hello,
I want to use Ableton Live in a performance setting with live looping and I have a computer with an audio interface that has two MIDI ins and outs. 

I would like to use a BCF2000 and a Ground Control Pro MIDI foot pedal connected to one MIDI in/out. I would also like to use a BCR2000 connected to the other MIDI in/out. Finally I have a MIDI keyboard controller that will interface with the computer via USB. All these controllers should control Ableton Live. I will be using Bomes MIDI translator. 

My questions regard how to connect the BCF2000 and the Ground Control Pro to one MIDI in/out of the computer. Would I use Stand Alone S-4? And how would I hook up the MIDI ins and outs of the BCF2000 and the Ground Control Pro?
