Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I downloaded the roland d110 preset for the bcr2000, but I don't know how to get it working. It contains 4 sysex files. I tried sending 1 file with sysex librarian and it did something, but I don't know what. 

I also want to at least get the data increment and deincrement buttons of the kawai k1 mapped to a knob on the bcr2000 so I don't have to hit them over and over and over! But I don't know where to start. Sysex is really confusing and I don't know how to get learn mode working.

I'm using OSX.
