Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi all

Can someone please tell me how I should configure BC manager, Midi Yoke and Ableton Live 8?

I have installed the Ableton mackie control preset 5.0a which requires Mackie Monitors.

I can't locate Huskervu (seems to be unavailable) and I was wondering if the mackie monitors which appear to be in BC Manager will do the trick?

I don't know how to set the various midi inputs and outputs (which one is in?  which is out?)

I've installed everything except midi yoke and it's all working fine... the mackie monitor preset is great but confusing without the monitor display.
