Of course... You should turn on your BCF in Mackie Control emulation mode and enable it in Cubase: Device Setup->Remote Devices-> ADD Mackie Control and enable it through corresponding MIDI ports. That's it. "Flying faders" is actually automation of the Cubase channels.
