Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi BCers,

it took me some time to prepare this file, but finally it is.

Definition is incomplete - I still have to add effect & pan settings,
also you're not able to select AWM Waveform (yet) and few other
params, since I have to figure out HOW to encode them. Moreover some
settings with range -7 / +7 have strange behaviour - they start at 0,
go to 7 and then jump to -1 and down to -7.

So, it's definitely work in progress.

But you have access to all 4 elements of both (AFM & AWM) types, and
all 6 operators (if any of those elements happens to be AFM). So if
there are happy owners of SY77 here, please download the file and give
it a try. If you find any bug, quirk or whatever, please send me a
mail, and I will take a look.

This is not a layout - you have to build one on your own, since I
don't know if you would prefer to have the same params for all ops in
one preset, or rather try to squeeze one op in one preset.

Thanks to Royce & Mark, who helped me with my questions. I will have
more soon ;-)

FWIW: the file was created with Perl script - and it's a great way to
automate the creation of the definition file. Reformatting is a
breeze, and iterating over items (like elements, operators, channels,
whatever) costs you nothing.
