On all presets act the same.With one turn i can't get from 0 to 127 i must turn few times to get 127.i dont know is it a hardware problem or what.Other non button encoder works fine with fast turn but those with buttons are kind non precise make jumping or stuck effect on value.
How to do that with presets what software do i need?
