I would use an editor as it is much easier to see what is going on and yes Mark's editor will sort it out
On his editor select the first preset.
For the fader click the fader button on the preset page and look at the 'default' column.
For the encoders click the encoder button on the preset page and click on the 'resolution' for the particular encoder.
