Just so we are on the same page, the E 1-56 are the top row of 8 encoders (rotary controls) that are switched with the 4 group buttons on the right to create 4 banks of 8 (=32 encoders).
Add to this the 3 rows of 8 encoders below (24 encoders) to make up the 56.
B1-32 are the push down switches that are part of the encoders on the top row (to make 4 banks of 8)
B33 48 are the 2 rows of 8 buttons below the top row of encoders.
B49 -62 are the groups of buttons on the right.
The bottom 4 switches are like the others, but the other 10 on the right have functions already assigned.
You can over write these functions and reprogram these.
(The are 2 sockets for foot switches, FS1 and FS2.as well.)
When you say "how do I get to B1-32" I assume mean "how do I program these switches"?
You can use the front panel for limited editing or you can use my editor to program them or you can use Mark's editor at
The manual has info on front panel editing. Mark's editor comes with very detailed info on what the BCR can do.
I have a simpler example document at
It is the same process to program any of the buttons, whether they are part of the encoder or separate switches.
All the best
