Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

In the following example,
easypar 1 1 0 127 absolute
As I understand it, the arguments are as such?
Arg 1 = 1 is the midi channel we wish to set for this controlArg 2 = 1 is the CC number we wish to set in this control for it to use.Arg 3 = 0 is the min value for the controlArg 4 = 127 is the max value for the controlArg 5 is self explanatory.

Do I interpret this correctly?
