Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

forwarded... there has been a lot going on since then I see.

Royce, thanks for the updates for your editor, I find it very useful
already, so I've updated and will see what's changed. 
Also for the .tx info, looks very promising.

Mark, I cannot imagine how long the midi implementation must have
taken. Incredible.

Now to read and understand it... and think of feature requests

(the link some posts back to Frontier Designs page and use of the
Steinberg SDK as raised my interest too, since I'm trying to sort out
the Generic Remote in that at the moment with my BCR - Steinberg do
seem to have crippled the remote control a bit with that)
