Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi all,
I need to use my BCF's faders to send double resolution 14 bit CC (or 
NRPN) values.
I need to send 0-16383 consecutive values.
By default this is impossible with the BCF, because there are jumps 
between two successive values, even when moving the fader slowly. (1-
11-29-25-36 etc..)
I've been told that using Royce's BCF Editor there's a way to set the 
acceleration parameter of the faders so that, using NRPN double 
resolution values, it is possible to see consecutive values coming out 
of the BCF.
I downloaded Royce's editor but I don't know how to set the 
acceleration parameter for the faders.
Can someone of you, or maybe Royce himself, help me?
