Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi all 

I have re-coded the editor to fix the BCF-BCR selection and the unit
ID in the header bytes of the sysex message.

It defaults to Universal Unit and ID  'all' as it did before so it is
really only of concern to those running 2 or more units.

I have only tested it on my BCR so I would appreciate it you could all
check on your setups and let me know if there are any problems.

Tab 'Script' then 'Save & Get' tab - 'Sysex Header Bytes' and the
'Device ID' button.
