Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I am trying to figure out whether or not I can have my BCR/BCF request 
current values from Ableton Live when making a preset change.
I have enabled the Request message sent on preset selection but this 
has no effect.Is there something I might be missing that could make 
this work?The Behringer manual states that I should be defining a 
request command (via the editor).How would I do this?

In any case you have to define a "LEARN output" statement (internally
".tx") in the preset (this is what the Behringer manual refers to by
"a request command").

If the "Request" parameter is "off", the LEARN output is only sent
when you press EDIT + LEARN on the BC itself; if "Request" is "on",
the LEARN output is also sent upon preset selection - so in your case
you must indeed set Request to "on".

The problem is of course the definition of the LEARN output statement
itself: it totally depends on Ableton Live what this statement should
contain - and indeed whether it is possible at all. I have no idea -
maybe someone else knows.
