Anyone programed a bcr for the Adrenalinn?

Hi,
I'm borrowing an Adrenalinn from a friend and it's pretty neat. The
interface leaves a lot to be desired though - 4 pots to control 40+
parameters with lots of bank switching and 'hold for 1 second'
switches. There is no direct control over parameters via CC sadly.
It does however allow you to use Sysex to control everything. This is
sorta over my head. something about byte 8 plus extra commands...
{:-| totally lost. I'm comfortable with hex but I'm just not getting it.
Has anyone had any luck with setting up a bcr to control it? If not,
maybe some one could give me a clue about how to go about programming
it for this purpose?
