i dont know if this is a hardware or software problem..help !!

hi all. thanks the moderator for let me join this groups,

i have a problem with the led indicator of each encoder, when i turn the most down left enconder, the other led is turning also, the third in the row and the upper row,.

anyone experience this?? is this some kind of a hardware failure or software..thanks

The controllers are defined as the same controller.

I think, he meant, that maybe the encoders are programmed with the
same controller value. In this case all these encoders would change
their LEDs, too.

I also experienced on one or two of my BCRs some kind of "ghost
lights". The encoders are programmed with different values. So I
assume, it may be caused by dust or something like that.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
