Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I have been trying to get Plug-In Control (via the MaxPatch and AlphaTrack) working with my BCR2000 and Nuendo.  For the most part it seems to work, but the mappings don't seem right.  Does anyone know if there is an additional step that is needed for Nuendo?  When I look at the Generic Remote that comes with it, many of the paramaters (such as the v-pots) don't seem to be mappped to anything in the bottom section in the Generic Remote setup screen.  Am I supposed to map them to parameters of a single plugin there like usual?  I wasn't sure if something ends up getting lost when I import the preset XML since I'm using Nuendo 3 instead of Cubase.

When I open a plugin, such as BLOCKFISH - which has a VSTXML file that I have copied to the same location as the plugin, I expected that the controls would be in an intuitive order, but instead it seems all over the place.
